ELDER CARE BENEFIT OVERVIEW:
This service is designed to provide our members with access to a variety of information resources concerning elder care. Each member has access to a Service Director, or Care Advisor via a toll-free telephone number. The program provides personalized resource, referral, consultation and access to a vast array of eldercare information professionals, senior services, agencies, and facilities to assist seniors and their adult children. This program provides professional expertise on a variety of issues, services and resources, including but not limited to the following:
Care Advisors are specially trained to talk with our members, discuss their questions
and concerns, and assess their individual needs. The Care Advisor will work
with the member to make sure they have the necessary information to make
decisions about elder care and assistance that they may need.
