LEGAL BENEFIT OVERVIEW:

The PriMed Program provides members with legal referrals to top rated attorneys and financial professionals in their area when needs arise.

Each member is entitled to one free 3 minutes office consultation [up to three separate legal matters per year]. If the member retains the attorney after the consultation, the member will be provided services at 25% reduction from the attorney's usual hourly fee. Almost all types of legal matters are eligible for these services.

Examples include:

• Civil/Consumer Issues
• Personal/Family Legal Services
• Business Legal Services
• Real Estate
• IRS Matters (including income tax preparation)
• Former senior level IRS employees perform these services. These specialists possess the ability to negotiate with the IRS on our members'behalf, whether in an audit environment, or to assist with a lien or a balance due.

Consumer Credit Services:

• The program provides members with the ability to obtain valuable information concerning their rights and remedies regarding consumer credit issues. Whether they are matters involving erroneous information appearing on a credit report or a member has simply fallen prey to a "debt happy" lifestyle and needs a way out other than bankruptcy, a toll free call can assist in finding the most appropriate solution. For members who need these services, or who need corrections to their credit reports, a flat rate applies.

Estate Planning:

• We have relationships with estate planning law firms, which have agreed to prepare the most popular of estate planning/asset preservation vehicles at prices as low as 50% off usual fees. These services include wills, revocable living trusts, charitable trusts, etc.

Individual Retirement Planning:

• Retirement planning is important both for individuals and for business owners. Our professionals will assist in establishing monthly levels of income required for retirement and then establish current levels of savings to support that.

Cash Management:

• An effective way to accumulate wealth for retirement years is to manage cash flow and invest it properly to reach desired levels of savings at quarterly intervals. Our professionals can assist members in charting a path to accumulating savings and investing those savings in a well-diversified portfolio to increase net worth.

Tax Preparation Component:

• Our members call a toll free number and, having gathered their tax information can have a CPA prepare their tax filing over the telephone. Upon completion of the telephone interview the member receives a confidential letter summarizing the tax information given to the CPA. The member then confirms the information is correct, or indicates changes, and returns the signed confirmation letter.
• Once the CPA receives the confirmation the tax returns are finalized and either filed electronically or mailed to the member for filing. Costs for the service will vary according to the complexity of the return.

The member will then be provided with the name, address, and telephone number of the appropriate participating provider firm located near their residence or business.
